THE ART OF SPEED
Motorsport is a battle of physics. My photography is focused on capturing that friction—the glowing brake discs, the high-downforce compression, the helmet focus of a driver at 300 km/h.
My work captures the raw energy of motorsport—from multi-class GT endurance packs slicing through late-night mist to the intricate aerodynamic design elements of open-wheel racing. I focus on conveying high-speed panning momentum and dramatic lighting contrasts.
Biography
My name is Dion, and I'm a freelance amateur photographer based in East Sussex, UK. I have a strong passion for both motorsport and photography. You can often find me at Brands Hatch, capturing the adrenaline of local racing events.
"Speed is nothing without control. Photography is the exact science of stopping time when forces are at their absolute limit."
